“Food and service can't be beat!”
So many golf club cafe's are average at best. At legends the food was excellent, well presented and a good value. The view onto the 18th tee is quite nice too, whether dining alfresco or in the cool comfort of the air-conditioned lounge.

“Steaks cooked perfectly”
Visited Legends because we had arrived late at our accommodation and couldn't be bothered looking for somewhere to eat. We weren't expecting anything fantastic but were very pleasantly surprised! Best steak either of us have had for a long time. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and recommended excellent wine. Great experience and wouldn't hesitate to return.
More recently attended a birthday party in the Hunter which was at the Vintage Cafe (daytime guise of Legends). Again the food and wine were excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful!
Definitely worth a visit.

“Amazing place. Would HIGHLY recommend.”
The best thing apart from the surroundings and the beautiful rooms would have to be the service throughout the whole place. From reception to the legends grill to the guys at the golf place and the room service ladies..everyone was just so pleasant and wanted to ensure your stay and activities were enjoyed.
The breakfast was nice not the best I've seen but still has a great variety if hot food and cold and is plenty to get you started for the day. The rooms are lovely, we had the spa king with a gorgeous fire place and Spa. Kitchen facilities all top notch if you’re going to stay in. We didn't make use of the kitchen or spa we were do busy with friends that we were too tired by the time we got to the room. The legends grill is a must when you're there. Whether you're staying there or nor the food and service are great. Our host Ben was lovely.
One thing that did disappoint was the fact we didn't book our spa treatments earlier before we arrived. There was no room At the spa for any treatments. We even tried around the area...nothing. The golf course was lovely...I'm not a player but my fiancée is and he loved it.

“Great food & service”
Dined during the week, and although very quiet, was surprised how busy it was on a Monday night. Staff were really helpful and friendly, yet not overbearing. Steaks were to die for and cooked perfectly. One of the best steaks I have had, even to Melbourne standards. View overlooking the golf course was romantic, and ambience was perfect. Looks very expensive, but was affordable, a hidden gem in the valley. Will defiantly return again.
