Casual Restaurant staff required, up to 30 hours per week. Various shifts available, but must be available weekends. A-la-carte experience desirable, though training will be provided for the right person, including option of traineeship (Cert III/IV Hospitality Operations) with Hunter TAFE. Benefits include free golf once a week, staff discounts on food, beverage and accommodation.
Casual Events staff required, varying shifts. Must be available weekends. Suit University students looking for flexible work hours.
Part-time Barperson, view to full time for the right applicant. Cocktail experience advantageous. 4-5 shifts per week, predominantly dinner service. Must be available weekends. Benefits include free golf once a week, staff discounts on food, beverage and accommodation, and option of traineeship (Cert III/IV Hospitality Operations) with Hunter TAFE.

A current RSA certificate is essential for all positions.
